Job Description
Lead a team of FSQ Auditors in a production area to ensure quality and safety standards are met, and implement HACCP, SOP, SQF, and R&D processes.
Requirements
- Lead a team of FSQ Auditors
- Implement HACCP, SOP, SQF, and R&D processes
- Perform quality inspections on random product samples
- Monitor room temperatures, product temperatures, and product quality/consistency
- Enter quality inspection data into electronic/written form
- Record deviations/issues into compliance tracker
- Process inbound and outbound supplier corrective action requests
- Perform weekly daily audits
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- HACCP sign off – dependent on qualifications and availability
- Verify equipment is in good condition and calibrated, as needed
