Job Description
Link Snacks is looking for a Team Lead FSQ 2nd shift to lead a team of FSQ Auditors within a production area, guiding them to support the implementation of HACCP, SOP, SQF, and R&D, and perform plant-wide auditing functions.
Requirements
- Lead a team of FSQ Auditors
- Support the implementation of HACCP, SOP, SQF, and R&D
- Perform plant-wide auditing functions
- Monitor room temperatures, product temperatures, and product quality/consistency
- Monitor the overall safety of the food quality to ensure accurate product identification and recipe instructions are being followed
