Requirements
- EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of leadership experience in FMCG field sales, ideally in the snack, confectionery, or beverage industry
- In-depth understanding of the German retail and out-of-home market
- Proven success in implementing sales strategies and achieving ambitious sales targets
- Leadership personality with a strong coaching mentality that motivates teams to high performance
- Entrepreneurial thinking and developed business acumen
- Analytical strength and experience in working with market and sales data
- Ability to convincingly communicate and present at all levels
- Excellent German and English language skills
