Job Description
We are seeking an Applications Analyst to join our Enterprise Payment Solutions organization. The role is responsible for managing a high volume of tasks, performing software installation services, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months of experience working in a financial institution, fintech or within a technical helpdesk setting
- Ability to work an on call rotation
- Skilled at exercising good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Ability to navigate through different software platforms
- Embraces change to support business needs with a professional and positive attitude
- Willingness to work the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm central standard time
