Job Description

Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months of experience working in a financial institution, fintech or within a technical support setting
- Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
- Foundational knowledge or experience in relevant areas (e.g., researching and writing reports, documenting processes, project, or event execution)
- Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends as business needs dictate
