Job Description
Manage the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and related areas, ensure high levels of cleanliness and sanitation, and lead the Dacotah Dining Stewards team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a lead steward or similar position
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety procedures
- Ability to lead and train Dacotah Dining Stewards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
