Application Specialist

Care Logistics is seeking an Application Specialist to configure and test its applications, assist in training customer application administrators, and facilitate a favorable client and Care Logistics outcome. The Application Specialist will work closely with the Client Services team and customer resources to deliver project delivery tasks, including system configuration, training, and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience working with Healthcare Information Systems or internal hospital operations preferred
• Knowledge of database structures and Structure Query Language (SQL)
• Ability to develop strong and productive working relationships with others
• Strong organizational and quality management skills with ability to handle multiple, competing tasks and priorities
• Proven communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer management skills
• Above average observational skills to collect data and validate information
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources
