Sr. Analyst, People Data

LocumTenens.com is a leading healthcare staffing company seeking a Senior Analyst to shape how leaders understand and act on workforce data. The role requires designing and delivering scalable reporting and analytics solutions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday reporting, data visualization, and SQL, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5-7 years of prior work experience, preferably in HR, HCMS and Data
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in building advanced reports in Workday HCM
• 1+ year experience with SQL
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, R Studio, Power BI, etc.
• Workday Pro Reporting Certification preferred
