Sr. Data Analyst

Lyra Health is seeking a self-driven Senior Data Analyst to provide critical business insights that enable strategic planning and improve operational processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of data analysis experience and a strong background in SQL, dbt, and data visualization tools.

Requirements

• Collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Product, and other teams to provide business insights
• Become an expert in diverse data sources and build data models
• Partner with Data Engineering to build a scalable analytics metrics database
• Conduct quantitative analyses to identify trends and drive decision-making
• Provide internal stakeholders with ongoing visibility into key metrics
• Complete ad hoc data requests and ensure high data quality and reporting accuracy
• Guide and advise stakeholders on reporting logic, metric development, and data limitations/caveats
