Job Description
The Case Staffing Manager will oversee the allocation and staffing of legal matters within Jackson Lewis, responsible for managing all aspects of matter staffing, understanding each case's unique needs, and ensuring attorneys' caseloads stay on track to meet billable requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a litigation law firm; employment law preferred
- Proven work in fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to interface effectively with employees at all levels within the firm
- Proficiency in technology use and assessment
- Success in collaborative team environments
