Job Description
Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling complex civil litigation in state, federal and administrative venues.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases
- Draft initial versions of pleadings and discovery documents
- Prepare documents for production and coordinate with the e-discovery team
- Assist in witness interviews and prepare deposition documents
- Support trial and arbitration preparation
- Perform legal research and cite-checking
- Conduct background, litigation and social media searches
