Job Description
Utilize and apply knowledge of federal, state, and local rules, regulations, and procedures in a professional capacity for the Operations Compliance Department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, public administration, business administration, sociology, or related field
- Two years of experience in internal audit or quality assurance or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience with any related HUD programs is highly desirable
- Strong computer experience is required, specifically Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Yardi Voyager 7.0 Property Management software is a plus
