Job Description
Customer Service Specialist (Supply Chain/Logistic) responsible for delivering seamless order processing and customer service experience to customers, resolving orders and delivery issues promptly and accurately, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include order processing, customer complaint resolution, stock data management, delivery coordination, administration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service in an FMCG environment
- Understanding of order to cash processes and experience in managing order flows with internal and external stakeholders
- Detailed SAP ECC system knowledge
- Excellent Excel skills
