Job Description
JDE Peet’s is seeking a German Tax & Statutory Specialist (F/M) to join their Global Business Services (GBS) Finance team. The role involves execution of tax accounting and tax compliance activities for CIT, VAT and local taxes, as well as statutory accounting and reporting in line with local regulations and corporate standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CTA) preferred
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in statutory reporting and tax compliance
- Strong understanding of German tax principles and tax compliance requirements
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP) and Statutory & Tax reporting tools (Workiva)
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment
