Rewards & People Analytics Specialist: Translate complex HR data into actionable insights, develop data-driven models, and present recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to drive strategic HR decisions and business objectives.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (MS Excel is a must), HR systems, and other relevant software
- Excellent English language is a must
- Min 2 years of similar experience (e.g. Rewards, HR controlling, HR analysis), preferably in an international matrix environment
