Ebury is seeking an HR People Partner to join their Global HR team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will work in partnership with country managers, line managers, and senior leaders to provide advice, coaching, and support to employees and managers, with a focus on improving employee experience and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR advisor
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Poland employment legislation
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Experience managing monthly Payroll inputs
- Experience in an international or multi-site environment
- Familiarity with HR technology and systems
