Perrigo is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Warsaw. As a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on people- and organisational-related matters, driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR excellence.
Requirements
- Experienced HR Business Partnering within a Global organisation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in a multi-country / international environment (CEE / Baltics/ Shared Service Centre)
- Strong knowledge of Polish and Baltic labour law
- Exceptional Business partnering and stakeholder management
- Organizational development and change management experience
- Strong communication skills (Polish & English required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
