Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Polish labor law
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations
- Fluent in Polish and English; German is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of core HR areas including Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and D&I
