The Benefits Specialist provides hands-on administration and frontline employee support for the company’s health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs. The role is primarily responsible for day-to-day benefits operations, employee inquiries, enrollments, billing accuracy, and wellness program activities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on benefits administration experience
• Experience supporting employee-facing benefits and wellness programs
• Experience performing benefits billing reconciliation and enrollment audits
