Job Description
We are hiring a Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installer to join our team. As a Construction Lead, you will be responsible for supervising an Apprentice Installer and managing jobs from start to finish. You will also interact with customers and be expected to provide a great customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling
- Required to have acrylic installation experience
- Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required
- Ability to interact professionally with Customers
- Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress
- Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer
- For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a DMV check
