Job Description
Founded in 1956, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a Lead Installer for its construction team. As a Lead Installer, you will manage jobs from start to finish, supervise an Apprentice Installer, and interact with customers professionally.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling
- Acrylic installation experience
- Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing, or plumbing
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs consistently
- Ability to interact professionally with Customers
- Proficiency in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress
- Ability to manage a job from start to finish
- Punctual
- Hard worker

- Providing a great customer experience

- 40-hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x)
- Typical schedule is Monday-Friday + overtime
- Hourly pay of $23.00 plus OT and Bonuses, with room to grow up to $35,000 an hour
