Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager leads the company's sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement of materials and goods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor-LN knowledge is preferred) and procurement tools
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Understanding of contract management, sourcing methodologies, and supply chain principles
• Experience working with international suppliers and knowledge of import operation is preferred
