Job Description
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team in Hamburg or Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our operational HR processes and the further growth of JAKALA Germany. The role will involve working closely with the HR Director DACH and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in operational HR / People Operations
- Knowledge of HR systems, ideally with Personio
- Experience with digital HR tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
