Job Description
JAM Industries is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across JAM and Almo. The Analyst will collect and analyze compensation data, prepare recommendations, and support annual compensation cycles. This role requires a strong analytical focus, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with HR systems. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that help attract, retain, and reward talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related HR role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Dayforce (HRIS) is a plus
- Customer-service oriented and able to support internal stakeholders
