We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our global human resources team. As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will provide day-to-day support for the Company's compensation and benefits programs requirements. The role involves conducting market research and analysis, maintaining job description data base, and providing day-to-day support in maintaining data integrity in Success Factors and other systems as required. The analyst will also partner with the benefits administrator to cover day to day activities in their absence.
