The Operations Superintendent provides leadership and operational support across all aspects of extrusion manufacturing for deck and rail products. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production across multiple lines and shifts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in extrusion or manufacturing (composites a plus)
- Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of extrusion processes and manufacturing equipment
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
