Job Description
The Nursing Manager will lead nursing operations at Jamestown Salish Seasons, a 16-bed voluntary residential treatment facility providing 24/7/365 crisis stabilization and inpatient behavioral health services. The manager will oversee nursing team leadership, medical and clinical patient care, medication management, and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid, non-restricted Washington State RN license.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
- Minimum of five (5) years RN experience (Behavioral health, crisis stabilization, or inpatient care).
- Minimum of two (2) years in a Nurse Manager or supervisory/lead role.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Deep understanding of QA/PI principles, RN delegation, and federal confidentiality regulations (42 CFR Part 2).
- Valid driver’s license, ability to travel locally, and successful completion of a criminal background check.
