Recruiting Coordinator - Experienced Hire, Non-Technology

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Experienced Hire Recruiting team in our New York office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Infrastructure and Trading teams, managing the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, and coordinating live interviews.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship
• Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
• Excellent communication skills
• Approachable and humble
• Self-starter who works efficiently and is comfortable managing several different projects and priorities
• Interest in the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
• Ability to learn new recruiting systems and tools
