Luma is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to be the organizational backbone of our recruiting process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and driving operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment (Series A-D)
- Direct experience supporting a tech company and comfortable in a technically-driven culture
- Master of complex calendar management and sharp eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Composed and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly
