We are looking for a Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to help grow, monitor, and manage our global voice and video infrastructure.

Requirements

7+ years of in-depth experience configuring and supporting the Cisco UC and Collaboration Product Suite
Excellent knowledge of SIP, including implementing Session Border Controllers and PSTN SIP trunking
Deeply experienced with upgrading and maintaining Cisco UC products
Knowledgeable about UC compliance products and experienced with modern voice recording and messaging archiving products
Knowledgeable about Cisco APIs related to UC products and experienced with creating API automations
Experienced with integrating cloud-based conferencing technologies with on-premise infrastructure
Comfortable troubleshooting custom API-based integrations with UC products and services
Familiar with the virtualization of Cisco UC applications on enterprise-grade servers
Strong understanding of current security standards and expectations
