We are seeking an exceptionally talented Go-to-market Engineer (GTM Engineer) to join our rapidly growing consulting team. As a Go-to-Market Engineer, you’ll own the entire outbound campaign lifecycle—from idea to execution.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in GTM, lead generation or outbound sales for custom software engineering or B2B professional services companies;
- Deep expertise in email deliverability best practices and email infrastructure setup;
- Strong hands-on experience with Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, LinkedHelper, HeyReach, and CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive);
- Familiarity with scraping tools and custom scripts for lead generation;
- Solid expertise in prompt engineering and familiar with AI-powered personalization workflows;
- Certifications from Clay, Smartlead, or similar GTM tools;
