Head of Partnerships

Janea Systems is a premium software engineering consultancy seeking a Head of Partnerships to build and scale a high-impact partnerships function, driving growth and unlocking new markets. The role involves defining and executing Janea's partnership strategy, working across ecosystems to develop revenue-generating partnerships, and leading the full partnership lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering services or technical consulting
• Proven track record of building partnerships that drive revenue and land marquee clients
• Deep familiarity with the technical buyer landscape (CTOs, VPEs, architects) and how engineering services are bought, sold, and delivered in premium segments.
