January Digital is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring across the organization. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a strong candidate experience while maintaining efficient and organized recruiting operations.
Requirements
- 7 years full-cycle recruitment experience
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in an advertising, marketing, or digital media agency
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels, including leadership roles
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience working within an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
