Associate, Client Group Services, EMEA

We are seeking an Associate, Client Group Services, EMEA to provide customer support to institutional clients, maintain relationships with internal and external clients, and support the Client Directors with pre and post sales activities. The role requires a strong understanding of Janus Henderson's products and asset management knowledge, as well as excellent people skills and ability to form good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Collate information requested by sales and client-facing teams
• Manage and complete Sales Director follow-up actions from client meetings and interactions
• Provide support with admin related duties within the CRM system Salesforce
• Assist with meeting requests, entering meeting requests into CRM, and arranging presentation material
• Work with Sales Directors to ensure monthly and quarterly reporting fulfilments are completed for clients
• Use internal and external systems to generate general reports
• Assist with ad-hoc enquiries
• Attend client meetings as and when appropriate
