CNC Machine Operator

Operate CNC machines to perform various turning, drilling, taping, and boring operations on steel plate for forging and stamping parts. Set up and operate various types of saws, lathes, and drill press equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and 3 years CNC experience strongly desired
• Must be able to successfully operate an overhead crane
• Possess and practice good oral and written communication skills
• Treat fellow co-workers with dignity and respect
• Possess and utilize basic math skills and exercise superior organizational skills
• Prior CNC, production machine and/or welding experience highly desired
• Maintain and exhibit a positive attitude toward our work and our work environment
• Demonstrated experience with hand and power tools, banders, hoists, and other production equipment, as well as an overall mechanical aptitude
• Forklift certification required
