Job Description
Join JB&B and shape the future of the built environment! This position is responsible for providing exceptional design and project management services for data center projects, and is expected to handle other similar mechanical engineering design projects. The Associate will lead MEP design teams, define HVAC technical requirements, and collaborate across disciplines to create integrated technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in facility design and construction environments
- Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of data center HVAC, standby generation and associated fuel oil systems
- Experience with Revit
- Professional Engineering (PE) license, preferred
- Experience with Chiller, Cooling Towers, AHU, Heat Pumps and Generator designs
- Experience with energy modeling
- Experience process water flushing and treatment.
- Experience with Building Controls Systems
- Understanding of ASHRAE 90.1,90.4 and TC 9.9 publications 1-14
