Job Description
Jasper is a leading AI marketing platform aimed at helping innovative companies reimagine marketing workflows. They are seeking a seasoned Engineering Director to lead their Brand Intelligence team, responsible for the foundation of Jasper IQ and API platform. This role involves strategic direction, technical leadership, team collaboration, and feature delivery, focusing on RAG and AI systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (backend, full-stack, or infrastructure)
- 4+ years leading engineering teams, at least 2+ at a senior management or director level in a high-growth SaaS or product-led environment
- Comfort getting into the weeds: coding, reviewing pull requests, and working through technical details
