Job Description
Jasper is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve their recruiting function. The role oversees a team of recruiters and is responsible for designing world-class interviewing infrastructure, elevating hiring quality, and modernizing recruiting operations. This fully remote role reports to the VP, People, and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Requirements
- 7+ years in recruiting, with 3+ years experience leading a recruiting team
- Experience building recruiting infrastructure in a scaling company
- Strong recruiting operations mindset - you think in systems, not just reqs
- Proven experience implementing structured interviewing and interviewer training
- Deep familiarity with modern ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus)
- Strong data fluency and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions
- Demonstrated curiosity and comfort using AI tools in workflows
- Excitement about building AI-native recruiting systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence
