Job Description
Jasper is seeking a VP of Finance to lead the finance function and serve as a strategic partner on the executive team. The role involves translating the CEO's vision into financial and operating models, supporting fundraising and investor relationships, and influencing cross-functional decisions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience across finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial operations
- Prior experience as a VP Finance, Senior Director of Finance, or equivalent
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills; deep Excel expertise
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and modern finance tools
- Solid understanding of GAAP, SaaS business models, subscription/usage-based revenue, and key operating metrics
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly and persuasively
