VP of Finance

Buyers Edge Platform is seeking a VP of Finance to support our Fresh Division, overseeing financial operations and controls, strategic planning, management reporting, compliance, accounting, budgeting/forecasting and driving scalable processes across a complex, multi-entity environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certifications are highly desirable
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles
• Experience in supply chain, or distribution environments strongly preferred
• Experience within multi-entity and/or acquisition-driven organizations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Deep expertise in supply chain accounting and cost/margin management
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
