Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or administrative support experience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with order systems, inventory, or fulfillment processes is a plus
- College degree preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment
