JayWay is a travel company looking for a Frontline Technical Support Specialist to manage company hardware inventory, provide technical support, and collaborate with the development team. The role involves working remotely in the EU, primarily around one of JayWay's hubs: Prague, Krakow, Budapest, or Athens.
Requirements
- Manage company hardware inventory and logistics
- Be the first responder for security alerts, bug reports, and technical issues
- Schedule and coordinate IT department tasks and projects
- Communicate maintenance notices, software updates, and technical guidance to staff
- Track and document new features, application changes, and resource usage
- Provide technical orientation for new hires and ensure consistent device setup standards
- Make minor updates to WordPress pages and assist with internal web applications, Google Workspace, and VoIP administration
- Collaborate with the development team on testing and troubleshooting new features
- Maintain documentation, user guides, training materials, and the company knowledge base
