Requirements
- Valid and Current Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating
- Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical
- Must be able to obtain/maintain an Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
- Must hold a current passport at time of hire with (6) months of validity
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident without restrictions
- Must be legally able to enter the USA without restrictions
- Must meet Transport Canada’s English proficiency standard
- Must be licensed by Transport Canada to act as a First Officer on a 705-category aircraft (must have written IATRA or Frozen ATPL)
- Must achieve a minimum of 80% on the written CPL, INRAT, IATRA (SARON / SAMRA)
- Must achieve at or above average ranking on all aviation program academic courses
- Must have no failures on TC flight tests or aviation program check rides (partial pass is allowed)
- Must receive a recommendation from faculty (verbal or written directly from the institution or program)
- Demonstrated high level of professionalism
