JB Consulting is a custom software company and consultancy focused exclusively on the Healthcare Industry. We are seeking a versatile client success manager that not only has client relationship management skills, but is also eager to grow into a sales role and or business analyst role.
Requirements
- At least 1+ years of experience in client success with preferably a healthcare and sales background
- Ability to engage professionally in a corporate environment and when dealing directly with Fortune 500 level customers
- High comfort level in engaging with clients during meetings with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer interaction/customer service skills
- Ability to think critically and creatively to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment
- Entrepreneurial self starter that can thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic environment in our collaborative start-up culture
- Sales experience is a plus, with potential to grow into a sales role if desired
- Experience gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documentation would be a huge plus
