Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to assist attorneys in all aspects of trust and estates transactions, including documentation, due diligence, development and entitlements, closing and related activities.
Requirements
- Two years of legal experience in corporate transactions required, experience with trust and estates preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook or similar mail. calendar technology.
- Strong writing, organizational and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and legal terminology
- Flexibility to adjust hours and to work additional hours as necessary to meet operating and business needs
