Paralegal - Trusts & Estates

We are looking for a Sr. Corporate Paralegal - Trust and Estates to assist attorneys in all aspects of trust and estates transactions. The ideal candidate will have legal experience in corporate transactions, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Legal experience in corporate transactions required, experience with trust and estates preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook or similar mail. calendar technology.
• Strong writing, organizational and communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and legal terminology
