Job Description
A global law firm is seeking a paralegal with corporate experience for their Baltimore, Maryland office. The Corporate paralegal will assist lawyers on the Life Sciences Transactions Team by working on all aspects of transactional work, assist with research and document management.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree
- Minimum three years of paralegal experience in Corporate/M&A transactional work at a law firm or corporate legal department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
