Job Description
Financial Assistance Representative I will contact members with delinquent loans and accounts to obtain payments and provide excellent quality service. They will also perform skip-tracing functions, recommend accounts for repossession, and assist with follow-up on delinquent accounts. Additionally, they will assist with administrative tasks such as processing charge-off accounts and preparing documents for legal action.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services or a related field
- High school degree or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial services and products
