JBS Australia is seeking skilled Meat Workers (Boners, Slicers, Slaughter Persons) for their Plant in Townsville, QLD. This is a dynamic facility processing approximately 900 head of cattle daily, known for sourcing beef from a large supply area. Requirements
- Previous experience in Boning, Slicing, or Slaughtering
- Relevant qualifications in Meat Processing (Cert II/III)
- Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
- Ability to work within a team
