Job Description
JBS Australia is seeking experienced Skilled Meat Workers to join their Processing team at the Beef City Plant in Toowoomba, QLD. The role involves bone-in, slicing or slaughtering work in a grain-fed beef facility with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. This position offers long-term employment and opportunities for skill development within a global organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience with Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering duties
- Relevant qualification (Cert 2/3 Meat processing) advantageous
- Knowledge of different rotations
- Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
- Knowledge and understanding of quality requirements
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with supervisors on improving daily duties
